- Edit Tasks & Expenses from the Draft Invoice: There is a small pencil icon that appears next to each task and expense on your draft invoice page. Clicking the icon will allow you to change both the name and number for the task or expense. Two buttons will appear - one for saving and another to cancel your edit. If you click cancel then no change will be made. If you click save then this change will be made immediately. You'll also find this icon next to tasks in the summary portion of the invoice.
* Please note that these task and expense changes will only be visible on future invoices or if you rescind and re-finalize and invoice. They will not show up on past invoices that have already been finalized.
- Edit Tasks & Expenses from the Budget Summary: A full list of all tasks and expenses across all budgets for a project appear on the budget summary page. Next to each task and expense, you'll see an edit icon that will allow you to make the same quick changes to the task and expense names and numbers.
