Projects, once deactivated, cannot be edited or charged. They will not appear on timesheets or bills. The projects page, by default, displays only the active projects. An inactive project will not show up even if you search for the project number or name. The deactivated projects need to be filtered first to enable the project activation.

- Filter inactive projects
To filter inactive projects, go to the projects page, click the project filters, and then select the inactive checkbox.
- Activate an inactive project
The project list will now display all inactive projects. You can search for the project you want to activate on the search field.
Once the inactive project appears, click the edit button at the far left side of the project row. Select activate and your inactive project should now be activated. - Deactivate a project
To deactivate a project, search for an active project, click the edit button at the far left side of the project row, then select deactivate.
