This article will show you how you can set-up or edit your payment information in SQUAVA! Follow the outlined steps below!
Step-by-Step Guide:
Initial Set-Up:
While you are in your free trial period, you can choose to set up your payment information at the end or at any time during your free trial. If you haven't noticed already, there's a bright red banner at the top of your screen that informs you of how many days you have left in your free trial period with a link to get started.
- Click the 'Click Here' link to update your payment information.
- Fill in the required information and click 'Save' when you're finished.
Editing Payment Information:
- If you ever need to edit/update your payment information, start by clicking on the 'My Account' tab and then the 'Billing Details' sub-tab.
- Click on the 'Edit' button
A new window will pop up for you to enter in your updated information. Be sure to click 'Save' when you are finished.
Note:
If you ever need to view your billing history, click on the 'My Account' tab and then the 'Billing History' sub-tab.
