Inactive User Billing
Your monthly billing includes all active users you have until your designated monthly billing date. If you don’t want to be billed with an employee that no works with you, you are responsible for deactivating them. Unless deactivated, this user will be included in your next monthly billing date.
For example, in the image, the company’s monthly billing date is the first day of the month and has 149 active users. If you have 1 inactive user, you need to deactivate them before the next billing date, which will be January 1, 2024. Otherwise, they will be included in your January 1 invoice and will not be refunded to your account.
