Access Accounts Payable
After an expense has been added it will be available for review, to edit. approve or delete on the Accounts Payable page. Access Accounts Payable by clicking the Mega menu (waffle-like button), followed by the Accounts Payable subtab.

Finding Expenses
You can easily find expenses that have not yet been approved by clicking the Pending Approval Widget, or, for a more specific search, use the search box.

Editing Expenses
You can quickly edit an expense by clicking on the three-dot menu located on the right side of the expense. This will give you a drop-down menu. Select Edit. A new window will pop up for you to make the necessary changes. Be sure to save when you are finished. You can also approve the Expense by clicking on the "Ready to Pay " tab.

Viewing Submitted Expenses by Employee
If you would like to review expenses for a particular employee, access the Mega menu tab, followed by the Expense subtab. Select the employee from the drop-down menu and click on Previously Submitted.
