In-Depth Step-by-Step Guide:
Access Accounts PayableAfter an expense has been added it will be available for review, to edit. approve or delete on the Accounts Payable page. Access Accounts Payable by clicking Financial tab, followed by the Accounts Payable subtab.
Finding ExpensesYou can easily find expenses that have not yet been approved by clicking the Pending Approval Widget, or, for a more specific search, use the search box.
Editing ExpensesYou can quickly edit an expense by clicking on the arrow located in the box on the right side of the expense. This will give you a drop-down menu, select Edit. A new window will pop up for you to make the necessary changes. Be sure to Save when finished. You will notice you can also Approve the Expense here too.
Viewing Submitted Expenses by EmployeeIf you would like to review expenses for a particular employee, access the Time & Expense tab, followed by the Expense subtab. Select the employee from the drop down menu and click on Previously Submitted.
