Vendor Summary
The Vendor summary boxes at the top of the vendor list will provide general financial metrics for all vendors that match your current view. You can filter your list of vendors simply by clicking on one of the first three summary boxes.
The metrics shown are:
Total Billed: This is the total amount of money that has been billed to a vendor. By clicking on this box you will get a list of all vendors that you have billed.
Total Paid: This is the total amount of vendors’ bills marked paid. By clicking on the box you will get a list of all vendors that have been paid.
Total Outstanding: This is the total outstanding balance for vendors that have been invoiced but not yet paid. By clicking on this box you will get a list of all vendors with Outstanding Amounts.
Total Vendors: This gives you a total of all your vendors. It also breaks down the totals by the following vendor types: Vendors, Sub consultants, and Employees.
Overdue: This is a small box that is attached to the bottom of the Outstanding box. This shows you the total amount of money that is currently overdue. By clicking on this box you will get a list of all Vendors who have an Overdue Balance.

Sorting Vendors
Vendors can be sorted easily by clicking on any of the column headers at the top of the vendors table. For example: If you want to see which vendors have the largest amount of Outstanding that is due, simply click the Outstanding.

- Vendor Notes
To view notes that have been added to a vendor, click on the Paper icon located between the Vendor and the State. You will know if notes have been added because this icon will be dark.
