We are excited about this new interface that we’ve created to better communicate the progress and information about your invoices. Not only does this page have a new look and feel, but it will also help you better manage your invoices! Specifically, the new interface will allow you to:
- quickly see and finalize which invoices are ready to send
- monitor draft invoice stages
- see invoice totals
- change your invoice period project-by-project
- direct access to edit invoices
- bulk and individually finalize invoices

This is a new feature we’ve felt was important to address the rare circumstances when an invoice needs to be modified to correct a financial issue that can’t be made with a labor or expense adjustment. This is intended to be a “safety net” and not intended for regular use - use with caution!
For example, you might use this feature if you noticed an error on an older invoice (several invoices back) and need to correct an inaccurate billing rate. Rather than rescinding multiple invoices and lose specific invoice adjustment data, you can make a credit or debit to the current invoice using the financial adjustment feature to correct the problem.
